Viennese Ball in Brussels- 2 February 2013
It’s an annual highlight for ball-enthusiasts living in Brussels. Every year during the carnival season, the Austrian Association in Belgium hosts the traditional Viennese ball.
Though it is taking place far from Vienna, this ball is lacking none of the characteristic elements such as the opening of the ball by the “Committee des Jeunes”, decoration in austria’s national colors red and white as well as wine and food from Austria, and of course the famous Viennese waltzes, which are played by a live orchestra (from Vienna) and never fail to lift the spirits and get people on the dance floor.
The next Viennese Ball will take place on Saturday, the 2nd February 2013 from 8.30pm at the Concert Noble, Rue D’Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels.
Most of the net profit will go to charitable purposes.
